He usually advertises his handyman services on craigslist, comes up with all excuses to make you feel sorry and have you pay him in advance. Once you pay him, he'll cash the check right away and never return to do the work.
You would call him, leave him voicemail, text message, emails...he would not respond back. He would simply take the money and disappear.
Some of his excuses are: wife in hospital, child in hospital, he's in hospital, brother in law is in hospital, or anyone from his family is in hospital...

Seeing how the cops told you this is a civil matter and you never proceeded with it then you are the one with fraud i told you about the black mold in the rental that i was fixing for you and you told me to "paint" over it and when I told you i would not because of the problems that I could face from the family renting the place from you YOU CALLED the police as if they would act on your part Next time you want work done you need to pay to have it done right if you do not want to do it by "code" then you need to find someone else and not hid behind the computer and talk "crap" about some one oh and i am doing great have my own company now and work is better then ever so think about that Hope you have a great day or you can have your "handy husband" with his home depo book fix it for you
