So this MORON dentist sends out this promotional material offering FREE exrays (plural). I went in and they charged me for exrays. After going back to talk to my dad about it, we tried to get a refund. This was almost A YEAR ago. Yet they still will not refund the amount they kept. This seems to be a fraud and its amazing that a licensed dentist thinks they can get away with this. They have promised a refund but are simply refusing to give it back. I am going to be filing complaints against their license and very aggressively spreading this protected free speech post online so anyone considering them will consider my experience.

If you cannot trust them to honor their own published coupons sent by mail (mail fraud?) how could anyone possibly trust them to do good dental work???
