My name is Aaron and Mr. Michael Fehrenbacher completed my loan via FHA Streamline. The rate was low, his company paid all fees and Fehrenbacher came out to the house to sign us up and was also at the closing.
We are a past client of Fehrenbacher as well. We have always felt comfortable with him and have further referrd family members and friends to him.
I understand he has been in business for 19 years and is a "major producer" as well as having a vested interest in the company. He has a website www.FSCMBank.com for his clients and when he recruits LO's its www.maxLOcomp.com. He does it all.
He has also handled all our mortgage protection needs in case of death. Our home will be paid off.
