Michael Gonzales and their co-horts are literally kicking people out of their homes when they are STEALING their last dimes.
In September of 2010, I was contacted/phone solicited by Michael Gonzales they represented themselves as mortgage professionals; associated with Attorneys who specializing" in Mortgage Modifications, with Open Mortgage, www.openmtg.com, and http://www.OpenMtg.com/home/michaelgonzales.epl
I was given their websites: http://www.OpenMtg.com/home/michaelgonzales.epl
I was told if I retained Michael Gonzales, services I could have my adjustable rate mortgage modified in 45 to 60 days to a fixed rate, saving me thousands over the term of the loan. I asked for this confirmed to me in writing. I received a letter from Mr. Michael Gonzales confirming their services and my
savings.
I paid him a retainer of $1495.00, quite literally all the money I had at the time.
I Fed-Ex'd bank statements, taxes, pay stubs, financials etc., everything they asked for, to their alleged office address: 7340 West 21st North Suite 101J Wichita, KS 67205
Now it seems they are scamming seniors and those of us they need real help to save our homes for our children
After 3 months of no communication, but constant contact from me, they finally were able to get me a Forbearance Agreement, for a ridiculous amount of money. Never mind that I had previously negotiated 2 other Forbearance Agreements, directly with my lender, and on my own. Michael Gonzales needless to say, did nothing for me that I could not do myself.
Over the next several months, I got occasional one line e-mails saying they were working on it, yet my phone calls, e-mails, faxes and fed-ex's were never acknowledged.
Ultimately, in desperation to hang onto my home, I filed a complaint with the FBI online services for white collar crime. I found out they have dozens of Complaints about Michael Gonzales, and www.OpenMtg.com/home/michaelgonzales.epl
Literally everyone that deals with Michael Gonzales has the same story as myself. HE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOTHING FOR YOU.
Its now close to 12 months later and once again, one line e-mails, or NO communication or return of phone calls etc. Now I am back to dealing with my lender directly because the CROOK Michael Gonzales is doing the same thing to many others all over the country.
Reviewing the internet I have found more contact information on this CROOK.

Im not sure why someone has posted this complaint. I do NOT do loan modifications and have NEVER have. Ive also NEVER had anyone Fed Ex me a check (I noticed this post is said to be from someone in Wichita why would you need to Fed Ex me since this is my hometown?) I primarily do business in Wichita and the surrounding areas so I can meet my clients face to face (I even travel to small towns to meet my clients at their home). The people that know me and have done business with me know that this complaint is untrue.
Ive spent my whole life in Wichita, KS. I graduated with honors from Wichita State University with a degree in Business Administration, Minor in Marketing, and a Masters of Business Administration. I have over ten years of combined mortgage and banking experience in Wichita, KS. I started my small branch to help people achieve their Real Estate and financial dreams it hurts me to see someone write a lie about me like this.
The contact information in the above story is correct but that is the only part of the story that is. I do office out of 7340 W. 21st N. Ste. 101J this is only a few blocks away from where I live in Tylers Landing. Im also apart of St. Catherines Church, Toastmasters and I help out the AVID program at South High. If you would like to know any more about me or my company please call Im always happy to provide reference.
