Mr. Lewis your rebuttal makes for some very interesting reading. However, you, God and me know that everything I've written is factual and true. Anyone who wants to know the truth can do their own research and investigation on your Bad Business Practices which are documented with the Maryland State Government. WHY you are STILL allowed to air commercials - I just don't understand.1. Office of the Attorney General, State of Maryland - Consumer Protection Division2. Maryland Judiciary Case Search - Go To: Search Case MD and Type: Michael K. Lewis 3. United States Postal Inspection Service Law Enforcement Division Mr. Lewis, trying to slander my husband and I are typical of a non-professional like you. Your business advice were unethical and criminal you advised me to take loopholes to get out of debt and stop paying my mortgage for at least a year. In addition you also suggested that I invest numerous amounts of money in MKL, Inc. as an associate of your company. Feeling uneasy about some of your suggested tactics, I questioned them and found out that they were not legal. After this FACT, and learning the hard way I refused to continue to be part of your organization and help swindle others out their hard earned money and put them into deeper financial hardship.ANYONE THINKING ABOUT JOINING MKL DON'T!!!ANYONE ALREADY IN IT GET OUT he will bleed you dry. Think about what you are doing swindling others out of their money is stealing and a CRIME. Watch this man he's a smooth talker and gets very angry (like a pit bull) when he's back into a corner. Mr. Lewis, I've notice the SAME 1-800 number you've mention in your rebuttal is the SAME number in your TV commercials. I've also notice that this SAME number runs every 5 minutes. I was wondering how many associates did you have to get to pay for it AND are they still waiting for their turn on the advertising wheel. I guess like myself they haven't finished paying all the fees and membership cost for their own personal 1-800 to run just yet. Oh, I remember now, the associates have to call you to get referrals from YOUR advertisement. OKAY!!!

The true scam artist is Bernice Henson. She came to me defrauding her mortgage company..She stated to me that her husband was on heroin, and they were not paying their mortgage on time. She filed bankruptcy, prior to meeting me, to save her home and fell behind again..Money Mismanagement like thousands of other Americans. We instructed Bernice to go on a very strict budget known as the Financial Diet. I've been in business 27 years and help thousands upon thousands of people on the financial budget. We also instructed Bernice to start a home base business to increase her income and allow her to save her home. Through her mismanagement she did not follow instructions, as many many people don't. Most of my caller have bad credit, bad credibility and it can be changed but unfortunately Bernice wanted to remain with bad credit by telling the teacher what to do. If she followed my instruction to the letter she would be in a very positive position today. As far as the advertisement of her home-base business is concern...We took her to Norfolk, VA at our expense along with 10 other satisfied customer...There was no gun put to her head. She stated in the commercial how wonderful we were and quoted "Thank You Michael" as all of our satisfied clients do. The commercial is airing as I write this response, with Bernice in the commercial. The argument came about when I called her 800 number and ghetto language was on the voice mail, which prompted us to pull her number. We asked for her to compromise with the message on the voice mail and she would not, so we pulled the plug. Our concept is based on financial discipline...I pay my bills on time...I expect that of my clients. If you are looking for that type of service...True Money Management...call me at 1-877-485-2344 (Remember Bernice lost her home because of her...don't make the same mistake.) If her statements were really true I would be in the State Attorney's Office and off of TV. Beware of Liars!!!
