On Dec.5,2014 I order a Michael Kors Studded Leather Large Coffee Tote (MK00860) on Dec.22,2014 I received a package that contain a purse that was the wrong color and it was broken. I immediately sent the purse back to the return address and attempted to reach the store via e-mail on several occasion but never got a responed.
