I order Michael Kors Bag last January 14,2016 and received the merchandise January 25, 2016. I inspected the bag and found out that the zipper slider is missing.  In other words the zipper cannot be closed.  I email the crownkingfisher.com regarding the missing slider and answer me back to take picture to verify.  I took the picture and sent it to them and their response was "ello, I am sorry, because shipping volume, there is no good to help you check" That was the exact response. I don't understand what they mean but I email them back and asked the country where they are located but they never responded to my inquiry.  I sent them another e-mail but it looks like they stop communicating with me.  I know Michael Kors is a known brand but the authorized seller which is the Crownkingfisher,com is I think the scammer.  I was ripped by this company.  I am filing this Ripoff Report to warn those who will order on line thru this Crownkingfisher.com.  I am a senior citizen and I hate being ripped off by this company.
