Although my father was not directly affected by the 9/11 attacks, he was a good man who believed in helping the cause of fighting terrorism and aiding the victims of 9/11.  Michael Yeninas Luchen stole over $200,000 from my father's savings and not a single penny has been returned.

I understand and respect the necessity of a review site to hard line the ability to change reviews. If we made a mistake and wronged a customer, I would accept the punishment because we would deserve it. This is not the case here at all and this review is fabricated.

Since this review was posted, I messaged the reviewer in good faith several times to ask a few simple questions to resolve their concerns and received no response:

What is the name of your business? And Your Real Name?

We are not sure of the reason and exactly who is behind this review but it is clear that the account was opened to simply leave this this review. So perhaps a competitor or an ex-employee looking to cause us harm although we have been told who actually wrote it as we have thier masked IP address.

If you are a customer please email us and we will take care of any issues, but since no one has called us with any problems we know this is someone trying to hurt us.

We are A+ Rated and have 0 complaints Online. BBB, YELP and Google Reviews all Good. Michael is a wonderful manager and takes great care of this company and client list as all the clients of this company have nothing bad to say about him.

We did see something from close to 20 years ago, but with all the good online about him well you know the rest of that answer.

This is a difficult position to be in as you can imagine, to defend ourselves against a bad & evil person when we did nothing wrong and have the evidence to provide it.

He claims to represent First Data when they do not hire felons, especially someone who served prison time for financial fraud. I'm am a former customer service representive of Everest Merchant Services and the job was hard I worked nine long hours each day under Micheal and Joseph they were very unprofessional they curse and yelled and made an announcement's at the wrong time .We was also  threaten about not getting client's in the program that we would be fired I always felt uncomfortable in my surrounding because I knew something was wrong about the business ,they would gave us things to say and than tell us not to say it .

I feel like the customer service representives are vitcims too because we are being told that this is a legit business and they are helping people with their credit card processing bill an they is not, I just recently found out by  this article on the company ,Micheal and Joseph target people who do not live in Newyork mainly because they don't have the fear in a angry customer finding them .I immediatley decided to leave the job because I don't want no part of this scam or situation if anyone need help in locating these men I will glady help with the police or invesgators 

After also just checking, there is NO RYAN DUNN From South Dakota on File for anyone or any rep on File or in any system at all. How come not name your business if this is true and a contact number and also if true notify authority's as none of this is true.
