Michael Page International Dishonest Bonus Structure Ripoff Chicago Illinois
I had worked for Michael Page International for almost a year, and they had represented themselves as honest individuals at the interview. Little did I know that they were a dishonest organization that will lie and cheat to their employees and steal their bonuses.
It started when they brought in an incompetant employee named Kristen Kampschroer into the office from Australia with only 4 years of recruitment experience. Her mental skills are about as developed as a monkey's, and she will lie to every candidate that comes through her. Kristen Kampschroer held an unwarranted inquisition regarding my activities with the organization. She stated that she needed to check my job orders to forecast for our team's budget.
In other words, she wanted to pick my brain before firing me. In addition, Hugh Everard, their managing director has absolutely no purpose at the company. Kristen stole all of my job orders and conveniently terminated my position with Michael Page International so that they did not have to pay my bonus.
I will be taking them to small claims court for unpaid bonuses. Please be advised that this company is a scamful and shameful example of what a recruitment company is all about. They will use any tactics to get the individuals in.
