When prosecutors get into the heat of battle, something takes over the competitive spirit—and they want to win at all costs. They then begin to think if I lose the Tracey Richter murder trial it will be very bad for me professionally because I’ll be known as the small-town-lawyer, the prosecutor, who lost a national news story.
JUSTICE or JUST-US?
We can say things like, Ultimate responsibility goes to the man at the top, meaning Ben Smith, Sac County Iowa Attorney and Prosecutor. And that sounds right, but it still doesnt explain how any of it happened. This is not just about one individual, but about the culture of an organization. Prosecutors and investigators do not routinely break the law, tamper with juries, intimidate and mislead witnesses, and generally conduct themselves like thugs unless it is a matter of recognized and understood policy. It is frustrating to say the least to sit back and watch this man single handedly use his position to act out personal vendettas or personal favors.
GROTESQUE PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT
An infuriated judge will order a thorough review and investigation of the handling of the Tracey Richter case. Too many ordinary, well-meaning and innocent people get caught in the maw of the prosecutorial machinery. This is serious business. There career prosecutors believe that nobody can touch them. Nobody.

This is larger than just Tracey Richter and after watching Part 3 of our 33 part series you will understand why Michael Roberts Rexxfield and SAC County Prosecutor Ben Smith will likely be desperate to get this video removed from the Internet, just like they have with other incriminating documents, videos and articles they successfully had removed from other forums and search engines, even documents from county offices / agencies are now gone. I was sent both an audio recording of Michael Roberts and his Rexxfield operatives plans to have me killed, along with arrest if I set foot in Iowa to testify at the murder trial. Sac County Prosecutor Ben Smith filed a motion to quash to prevent Tracey Richter's attorney's from having my research. Michael Roberts according to a very public campaign as threatened to destroy Ripoff Report and Ed Magedson because they will not remove the evidence of Tracey Richter's evidence. Enjoy Part 3:

Stop the presses. It seems we have a resurrection of dead bodies looking put Michael Roberts and his chimps behind bars, or at least talk about them hanging out in them.
Whoa…trysts at Iowa and Florida hotels, Vegas orgies, she/he and he/he twister, prescribing penis pumping potions, angry execs calling out _________ for soliciting prostitution for hacking. And yes, it’s authentic, and in publishable format.
And Michael, you dirty boy, how dare you do those things.
Old friends from Ben’s Buena Vista University and Child Abuse Assessment Office days are dropping the dime on how he deleted Michael Roberts FOUNDED child abuse report and kept Roberts out of jail for being a deadbeat Dad, and left old Ben with his pants down. We’re trying to arrange an online interview with one of our emailers. Consistent with what we’ve heard for months now, Michael is characterized by those who know him as a “pathetic and unaccomplished parasite,” and; “one who latches on to anyone that will pay him,” and; “is famous for doing ‘whatever it takes’ to get a head ” (wink wink, nod nod). Reports that he and Ben Smith are more than drinking buddies is no laughing matter.

A good article about a bad problem. Whatever shred of credibility Sac County had left when Ben decided to prosecute this case for his gay lover (not that there is anything wrong with being gay) someone once told me that "when the fish rots, it rots from the head."
The involvement of the Chief Law Enforcement officer and supervisors in the cover-ups of Mark Koster, Rafale Trevino and Tracey Richter. Not to mention Court documents showing that Iowa Department of Corrections officials warned Sac County Sheriff Ken McClure shortly before Kirk Levin release that he was dangerous but Chief Law Enforcement Iowa over ruled the Sheriff and Kirk Levin's mother was murdered and another women nearly raped. The involvement of superrvisors says that's the way they came up so they teach new people to lie, cover-up, look the other way, and if you get caught, retire soon as possible and collect a big pension.
Or, be like Ben and live with your Grandma in between taking meth hunched down behind the dumpsters in the alley of the court-house.
COME ON PROSECUTOR, TELL US. You wanted to be part of something, you thought, was bigger than you. You let your ego control your emotions. You wanted to be viewed as a big man among other Prosecutors. Don't worry I am certain nobody has realized you met Michael Roberts via Xellex at Career Day at Buena Vista University was it 2000 or 2001 :) Justice needs to be rendred for Tracey Richter. I trust you know he admitted under oath that you personally wrote a letter and made phone calls to help him get a loan, seven month before you decided to Prosecute Tracey Richter (his estranged ex-wife). He did though break down in tears on the stand -- before coming back and giving up your name.
