I found this sent to me for some strange reason.........Eveyone......Heaaaaaars Tracy. Rip off and Read.

These are new reports from individuals living in Sacramento where Tracy was (supposedly) voted most popular web consultant, lets hear what Mr. Voted most popular has been up too lately, and remember these reports have nothing to do with his Teacup scams, these are other scams he has ran and his Website business which already has many reports on which including taking payment and not providing the service and he has also sabotaged one of his clients websites because he refused SEO services from Tracy.

Hello Folks, After the Piglet business, web site template business, here is his next scam.......Social WiFi Portal.com. Tracy Bernardo is out selling a WiFi marketing analytic device to any retail, event, or recreational area to screw the owners and sales reps he signs up or hires. He hands out the tacky orange template brochures that match his tacky orange template website. When you look closely to his operation, he displays an office address or two that does not exist.

It's a UPS store with a suite number that does not go as high as 299. They only go up to 140 as far as post office boxes. He sells the device for twice the suggested manfacturing price to the potential clients. Then the next step is his sales reps to upgrade them to his Sacramento Web site to sell people expensive web sites with the quality you can do yourself from Go Daddy.

Social WiFi portal is a company that is not listed in the state business directory,it does not have a CL entity number, or listed as an LLC or Corporation. He does have a reseller license with Air Tight Manufacturing Distributors, but it's listed under a different name. Go ahead and try to sue the MF when it comes to find out if something is not working or a sales rep does not get paid for his work. Especially an independent contractor.

He operates his business in his used BMW like a Lexington Laywer. Everything is remote. yes he micro manages and calls his people with a progress report every minute. He has tweaked his web site a bit, by representing himself as Tracy B, Mark D, and claims his office is in Sacramento. But what's the street address? There isn't. This is a heads up for everyone that might purchase the device or sales reps that represent him. I don't know of a casualty so far, but with his background from the previous companies, this is warning for things that make you go Hmmmm.

Those polls were obviously fabricated and created by Michael Taggart for the sole purpose to help boost the reputation of other marketers by misleading and deceiving potential clients. Let’s first start with the website all these articles were posted on which is Newswire, I’m going to quote some reviews regarding this website’s credibility I’ve found online which also implicates Michael Taggart as a spammer and a deciever using unethical marketing tactics.

• The last two days Newswire has shed any facade of being a legitimate news release site by pumping out spam promoting some website service.
• If you sign up for Newswire make sure you use a throw away email address so you do not have to be inundated with spam pitches for some website service you care nothing about and which is unrelated to preparing a news release.
• Legitimate press release sites do not do this. Sites which are solid in the business model and making money do not do this.
• Update: June 2014
• Newswire is either selling its user’s email addresses, or it has been hacked. While at first I thought the latter, now I am beginning to believe the former, especially based on what I have previously written.
• Assuming Newswire is selling member email addresses, Newswire is selling them to Michael Taggart. Taggart is bombarding Newswire members with spam promoting various Internet Marketing products with claims of money to be made. Michael Taggart, as identified in the spam, is referring to himself as Michael X and using this email address: (((redacted)))
• Michael Taggart is using icontact to send his spam. If you have received spam from Michael Taggart at [email protected] then you should contact [email protected] and demand that they terminate his account.
• It appears to me, based on what I have seen, that Newswire is a spam operation promoting IM products, with a facade of being a news or press release service.
• Interestingly, Michael Taggart in his spam is promoting a webinar, just as Newswire promoted.

• I think they are either the same, or sharing information. I certainly would not trust either as far as I could throw them, and tossing Newswire and Michael Taggart into the garbage seems to be where they belong.

In a nutshell, Newswire is an expensive article site masquerading as a news site, where the articles are formatted as press releases.

Notice how the writer stated that Newswire is an expensive article site masquerading as a news site, that's exactly what it is, these marketers want to boost their reputation by paying Newswire/Michael Taggart to write a fake article claiming they're the best whatever in whatever city/state.

Take a look at all these others poll "winners" Michael has been posting on Newswire, yet not one single poll found! Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, these polls hold absolutely no credibility. If there was a poll, it should be posted, we should be able to see numbers and percentage and how many people voted but it's just all text from a website that is an expensive article site masquerading as a news site. Since you're big into Blackhat SEO, I wouldn't be suprised if your polls are ran by bots. If they're going to be voted the best whatever in whatever city, shouldn't that poll be held in that city's website or Facebook page? What gives you the credibility Michael to say who is the best in which city?

Here is another proof that Michael X Taggard uses deceptive claims and false titles to gain popularity and clients. The screenshot below was taken from a marketing website where Michael claims that he was the created of all so popular SEO plugin "All-In-One-SEO".

That's quite the claim because last time I checked the creator of All-In-One-SEO was and is Michael Torbert!

Care to explain yourself Mr. Taggart? If a small phone company claimed to be the creator of the IPhone they'd be sued by Apple in a second! You're basically trying to take credit for the most popular Wordpress SEO plugin on the internet? Have you no shame?

Now let's examine your statements on your rebuttal.

• Second, the report is inaccurate.  An online poll was conducted, of which I have physical evidence.  Tracy Bernardo was picked as the winner.  Any statement by the poster that this poll did not take place is entireyl false and inaccurate.

It's funny you imply you have physical evidence yet none was posted? All you could have done was posted the evidence and that was it and this would've been done with, you go on to say you have evidence and that my post that the poll did not take place is entirely false and inaccurate? All you had to do was the POST the evidence, simple as that but you didn't! Action speaks louder than words and you're all talk. If you're going to post a rebuttal shouldn't you post the "evidence" along with it? We can type anything on here, make anything up, I'm here posting evidence with multiple sources while all you're doing is talking.

What you are doing is wrong, what you're doing here is called "reputation repair", for anyone with a damaged reputation and money; you can have Michael Taggart write you a false article to boost your reputation. "Here's the money, now make me the best web programmer in Texas via online poll". You know that's what you're doing and the information posted above is proof.

Let's take a look at your first statement on your rebuttal.

• First off, this report is about a problem the poster has with Tracy Bernardo, not with Michael Taggart.  If the person wants to complain about Mr. Bernardo, then that is their right, but I am not sure why I should be dragged into your dispute.

You're dragged into this is because you're helping a man with history of scams to get potential clients through means of deception, if you were helping him out normally and honestly we wouldn't have a problem with it, but you're writing fake articles to boost his popularity and you know it, like that review of your website said, your website is an article website pretending to be a news site. What are you going to write next? Bernie Madoff is the best stock broker in New York via online poll? Actually if someone really did write that would you think people would have a problem with it? Yes they would!

Your next statement is a true gem.

• The poster is posting only their opinion about the news article, while not relying on any factual evidence in any way, shape or form.

Factual evidence? All you did was write an article and posted it online, WHERE IS THE POLL IN QUESTION? I can write that I'm the best web programmer online voted by a poll but that doesn't mean anything! I would have to provide the poll, the link to where the poll was placed, how many people voted....ect YOU PROVIDED NOTHING! I'm relying on the fact that you've been ousted on the internet as a spammer and lied about being the creator of a popular plugin when you're not! And the man who you wrote the article about is a scammer with a long list of victims and you've written many of the same articles about a dozen times giving people "Voted best" titles including yourself.

If I go online and write an article about me owning a Ferrari does that mean I own one? No, I'd have to show you proof, my car and registration details...ect You need proof and you know you have none! How can you talk about factual evidence when you don't post any yourself? I provided my case and you have yet to refute it, you're just talking not giving us any evidence you're talking about. What if Obama won the presidency and we weren't able to see the polls? I mean come on!

• Including me in your complaint is frivolous.  I will seek legal remedies immediately if this report is not removed, as it falsely accuses me of many things that are blatently not true, accuses me of fraud, and is potentially damaging to business. 

Including you because you write articles to deceive potential clients and boost the image of the individual you're writing about that can be proven false! There is no poll and you know that, I could easily prove it in court! Also last time I checked taking claim for another person’s invention is considered fraud. Go ahead and seek your legal remedies, you know your poll articles are fake, matter of fact Michael Torbert should sue you for falsely claiming to have created his successful SEO plugin. You're just like the rest of them, get backed up in a corner and then threaten legal actions when you know I'm telling the truth. Spamming is also an offense; maybe someone should take legal actions on you? You're also pretty known for your Blackhat seo tactics. For those who are not familiar with that term here's what that means:

• In search engine optimization (SEO) terminology, black hat SEO refers to the use of aggressive SEO strategies, techniques and tactics that focus only on search engines and not a human audience, and usually does not obey search engines guidelines.

Also you have a YouTube titled "Fake Referrer Generator", so a lot of the things you're involved in are very aggressive marketing strategies so it adds credibility that you would create fake articles with outrageous claims in order to deceive potential clients.

In conclusion the information I've posted adds merit to my original statement, it shows that you're capable of deceiving others through false claims, blogger Brian Kindsvater has pointed out that you're a spammer and Newswire is not a legitimate news but rather an article site. You have posted many poll articles and there is not one single poll in anyone of those articles, you falsely took credit to be the creator of All-In-One-SEO when in fact you're not, if you're able to lie about being the creator of such a big name plugin then you'll have no problem lying about people winning polls.

You gave yourself the title of Best PR Marketing Coach and Coolest marketer in "America", (That itself raises a red flag). You're also involved in Blackhat SEO, which is an aggressive SEO tactic which usually does not obey search engines guidelines. This could of all ended if you just came in here and posted your evidence for us to see, all you did was undermine what I wrote and threaten legal actions, that right there also raises a red flag. You said you had "physical evidence" yet did NOT post it, you had a simple thing to do but wanted to choose another route.

Okay Michael, if you have the evidence where is it? If it’s an online poll then we should be able to find it online right? And don’t try and show us any screenshots, give us the actual poll so we can examine the votes and see the code itself so that it hasn’t been tampered with and that each vote came from a different IP address. You know that poll was bogus; you’re a internet marketer as well.

I’m sorry you had to be dragged into this but just like Tracy’s last business venture he has lied to get clients and we believe 100% he’s doing the same here. So where is the poll? Give us the poll with the date it was posted, and let us be the judge and I’ll retract everything I said and will give you an apology myself. If not, you have without doubt helped a person with a history of scams, get clients by false statements.

How does a man who has been in the Sacramento courtroom about half a dozen times for online web fraud be voted “Most popular web consultant”?

How does a man who scammed an innocent English teacher then goes online and accuse her of being a child molester is voted “Most popular web consultant”?

• I seriously felt I was being punked by the most unprofessional foul mouthed man I have ever dealt with... Many emails and voice messages left by him cursing me out and threatening me because I have been relentless in my message BUYER BEWARE!!
•  My posts about him, has lead him to block me from seeing his website.  I have even received an anonymous death threat.  Mr. Bernardo does not tell the truth in many regards.  He represents himself as the breeder,

• Going on Judge Judy, this is for the pig scam, the show guarantees payment with in 30 days if you win where the local, small claims court will not. I just want my money I don't care who pays me.
• He resells at higher prices.  He has attacked long suffering and waiting buyers in emails and at their place of work.  He threatens them and has called them as late as midnight to intimidate.  He is vicious, rude, nasty, mean, lies, smears, and will do whatever it takes to keep selling piglets as the breeder, when he is not.  Some cheated clients have hired attorneys and are pursuing this legally. 
• Let me start by the pain Tracy Bernardo put my family through. This was all traumatic enough, but what Tracy Bernardo did after this caused my family more pain than I can describe. 
• We contacted Tracy  in MAY to develop our webpage and did a back-ground check on him and seen his "bad reputation" and of course we were smart enough to expose him and tell him no sale! Now he acts liking like a child he is making these false accusations towards my company. Anyone who knows me and my integrity will laugh at these complaints. Tracy J Bernardo Grow Up!

Here’s one from Hitslink, a reputable company that has done business with Microscoft, Yahoo and SONY.

So this is the man who was voted most popular web consultant in Sacramento? I'll be waiting on that physical evidence, and like I said, it better not be a screenshot, a mockup, a template, a splash page, it better be the poll that has been dated back to where the article was written and we will look at the code to verify that the poll picks up unique IP votes. Please don't try and create tampered page, we'll know, if there was a poll it should have been cached on Google by now, yet nothing, how are people Sacramento finding this poll if we can't even find it? We contacted many major big Web companies in Sacramento and top web design companies in Sacramento and no one has heard of Tracy. We'll be waiting.....

I have no information or knowledge or Mr. Bernardo and teacup pigs, and this article was not written to "coverup crimes" regarding teacup pigs, nor was it written falsely or ficticiously.

As for putting myself in victims shoes, I have no knowledge of any teacup pig problems, and direct you to address the person with which you have the problem, Mr Bernardo.  

Including me in your complaint is frivolous.  I will seek legal remedies immediately if this report is not removed, as it falsely accuses me of many things that are blatently not true, accuses me of fraud, and is potentially damaging to business. 

I have no problem with discussing this issue with the poster, however, I would prefer to be LEFT OUT OF YOUR TEACUP PIG DISPUTE WITH A THIRD PARTY, as I have no knowledge of any and all of that arrangement.

This is clearly a problem btween the poster and a third party based on no factual knowledge or information in any way, and is an attempt to leverage my name to drag me into this dispute.
