Complaint Review: Michael Torell Infotrack - Bremerton Washington

Michelle, i am familiar with Infotrack and it's business practices and encourage you to give it another try. Mr. Torell is professional and enjoys helping people with their computers. I understand your frustration at needing your computer fixed, and the company pbx and voice mail might have had a glitch that day; however, let me assure you, your business does count! I know Michael will go above and beyond to make things right. These reports and website won't mitigate any problems, but Infotrack's exceptional customer service will, so give them another chance. 

Matt Frederick- As i previously stated, i was only given the business number to Michael at Infotrack, not his business address, so there would be no way to contact him "in person", nor would i consider that appropriate! The purpose of contacting a business via phone is to establish what services they offer and their prices, after which a decision is made whether tk contract the business for their services. At that time a visit to the business would be appropriate. As to your comment suggesting that i don't know if i reached the right number, i verified the number with my friend at OCC again, after receiving the disturbing texts from "Mary", and no one answering the phone, with a generic voice mail msg which did not identify Infotrack, is unprofessional as well. As i know a few peple who know Michael at Infotrack, and have heard of him at OCC, and recommended him-i am embarassed by the comments made by mfpeterson, attacking me and people i don't know, and disappointed! 

Michele Bordero, Since you live in the same community of Bremerton, WA.  I suggest you contact Mr. Torell in person about your complaints, you are not sure if you had the correct number or even if he got your message!

MPeterson- I don't know who you are, but i don't appreciate you personally attacking me. It only proves that Michael Torell and his business, Infotrack, are not operating on a professional level. Are you a spokesperson for Michael's company? Surely Mr. Torell can adress my complaint himself. As for speaking to him "face to face", or calling him again- i do not know the business address and was just given the number by my friend at Olympic College, who did give Michael a very good reference! After calling his business number, and only getting voice mail and then some very rude texts from a "Mary", how would you suggest i contact Infotrack? The voice mail also didn't identify that it was for Infotrack, which is also unprofessional, because your customers want to know they're actually contacting a business! I don't know you or Michael and am embarassed by your comments  and conduct here. You aren't providing very good PR or customer service by making excuses for failing to call back a potential customer in need of your services (i needed my laptop fixed), and by allowing your lover, husband, other custome "mpeterson" to harass me and others online. Who is Julie????? I don't know you or her, and i'm pretty sure your comments to me are slanderous, and to her too! Attacking my name and bringing up people and things i know nothing about and that have nothing to do with my valid complaintregarding my experience with Infotrack shows the kind of character you have and the professionalism you have not! Wise people & businesses learn from criticism and strive to do better. My name is "Michele", not "Michelle" and i have no kids- just a bf at OCC. I am so embarassed that my friend even suggested you- smh...

    Michelle Bortero, obviously you are quite confused I am not an employee of Infotrack but a costomer and used his repair services several times and had no trouble contacting him not like you described.  If you have a problem with Michael Torell why didn't you tell him about your complaint, by calling the number back until you spoke to him if that was the correct number? How about dropping by and speaking to him face to face?  Since you are Julie Ann Torell impersonating Michelle Bortero that would not work would it, darn reality!

    Julie you have a twisted mind I know you have not been taking your meds and how you came upon this RipOff page is because you are Michelle Bortero in your mind.  So your daughter did find this page so you claim, which one of the three children that CPS took from you and adopted out? You speak of our friendship we are not friends!  Michelle is your daughter's first name!

    Michele Bortero or whoever you are today Julie, your ex has nobody named "Mary" in his office and I do believe you to be a liar!  Of course you will continue your rant!  Be aware that you should be ready to be arrested for several felonies.  You need to get back on your psychic meds ASAP!

If you were the Michele Bortero you would not commented on Ripoff Report but called Michael Torell back to complain about the "Mary" you claim was rude to you. All you wanted to do is damage Michael Torell's business Infotrack!

Michael- i have not talked to you in years, but i do remember the good times you, my husband and i shared in Pismo Beach and Avenal, and i will always be thankful for your friendship! My daughter found these posts on Google and i did not write a report here regarding Michael's busines, nor would i. I remember when Michael started Infotrack in 2000, and our kids and i helped him with the budiness, passing out flyers and helping him install software on customer's computers. We were very proud of Michael and Infotrack and that he always tried his best and was really good at helping people with their computers. His business was important to him, doing what he loved and his family was also important to him. I am sad at what Michael did, and that he didn't want to hire Mr. Dixon to help him, as we his family wantex and had hoped. I can prove, too, that i have spoken favorably to others about Mr. Torell, because i gave Michael's name and # to Larry Vente, who needed his Hackintosh modified, and Larry can confirm this.I hope your Mom, wife and family are doing well, Michael. -Julie

M. Peterson- Your rebuttal to my valid complaint shows once again a lack of professionalism on the part of Infotrack and Michael Torell. Your rant about his wife or ex-wife has nothing to do with my computet repair issue, and if anyone should be commenting on my complaint, it should be him, not you. I called what i was told by my friend at OCC, thebusiness line for Infotrack many times and no one answered, so i left a msg. Instead of returning my call, i received a rude text from a "Mary". Are you telling me there is no Mary?

Ridiculous, i have her texts. My # is (((redacted))), my name is Michele Botero, and i was just trying to get my laptop fixed. It is obvious that you and Michael Torell of Infotack don't have any respect for women! I feel sorry for Julie, whoever she is, that your business finds it necessary to publicly harass your wife or ex-wife, instead of running your business. From your remarks, which are defamatory and highly unprofessional, i will never have a need for your services and i am embarassed that my friend actually recomnended you! No thank you!

I know for a fact the Mr. Torell of Infotrack is not married but divorced from a psychopath named Julie and has nobody named Mary in his office or residence.  I think she had a wromg number or dialed it wrong some poor guy is getting the third degree.

I do beleive those degrading posts about his business and person comes from her a stocker. While he was adding more software to my laptop he explained some of these posts I seen on Rip-Off and shown me evidences of harassment he has received from her even a falsified marriage certificate from a forged doc with forged signatures of judges and clerks which has been turned over to the DA's and FBI for processicution.   

This is a Hate Crime nothing else but perparated by Mr. Torell's ex-wife, Julie!

Thank you Mr. Torell for your professionalism my computer works much better now. I am glad I remembered you and came back for more service.  I have recommended you to my family here.
