We purchased a car in 2012 from a delership, the car was a voluntary repo to Automotive Credit. In 2015 the total amount due for the vehicle was $4,000. I voluntary turned in the car in 2015 a few months later I was contacted by an Individual which works for Michae and Andrews telling me that I needed to pay the balance in full or my wages would be garnished.
Well I made a payment plan with them and they have been deducting money from my bank account since 2015 hoever by balance continues to increase as of today is at $7,000. . When I called them they told me I was been charged an inetest rate of 24.75% which is $3.33 daily. And they also informed me that they are part of the Automotive Credit group. Which means they are one company just under different names. Incrediable!!!
