May 10th - I purchased a Lenova lap top computer for $636.00
May 29 - I returned the computer the inside power source broke and the battery life was diminshed.
I was devistated with this product in less than one month... First I talked with a pregnant service manager...With very much attitude and no success...Then I spoke with a retail Store Manager
Mr. Daniel Ivey...With 10 times more no customer service who had me standing around in the store telling me the reasons why I was'nt getting my $636.00 back
Mr. Daniel said it was either a mfr problem or I destroyed my own lap top. After having me standing around in the store from 4-5 and their corp in Ohio was closed he could not make a decision.
Mr Ivey asked me to returned the next day holding my new lap top hostage and no loaner.
May 30 - I called Connie in the corp office in Ohio before going back to the store. When I returned
Mr. Dan Ivey was highly that I exceeded his authority (which he does'nt have) he offered me $449.00 gift card forcing me to still patronage Micro-Center and kept/stlole my $150.00 3-yr warranty payment that only protects the store. Not the customer. I have all receipts of this transaction and this company have the worst company customer service (! called 10 times no-one ever answers the phone) To be fair I will keep the computer that I picked out. But I want my $150.00 Back!
