I placed 3 separate orders for People magazine subscriptions on 10/31/08 and received confirmation numbers and e-mails. All 3 were charged separately to my Visa credit card on 11/3/08. None of the 3 subscriptions has been filled. I have called all available phone numbers 562-295-6072 (on order e-mail), 818-539-5877 (on visa charge), 661-771-6558 (on website) and left messages asking them to call me. I have e-mailed complaints and questions. I have received no response at all except for automated e-mail responses.
