I recently purchased a refurbished computer from Amazon, its ad said Windows 7 home premium but the computer arrived with Winodows 10 Pro! I didn't have windows 7 on it! Then after installing my Flight Simulator X, it said error on starting and wouldn't activate the acceleration program! My edition says deluxe in Windows 8.1 and then demo in Windows 10! This is totally disgusting! Then they wanted me to switch to Explorer Edge Browser which I haven't yet as I don't like it and they still won't start and activation Icon in their Folder! I have been using their flight simulators for 20 years and this is the first real issue I've had with them. Feds should look in to trying to control the internet with their browser edge which doesn't have a menu bar., or yahoo toolbar! You suck Micorosoft!

No way is this the manufacturer's fault! My card games have been running fine for a month. This is because code was written to the registry to restrict use for malicous purpose, or just for fun. You Microsoft, also say my connection isn't secure when i have Mcafee. You have, Microsoft for five years been using update 3086255 to prevent certain programs like battle field and Your flighlt sim 2004 from running but I am ignoring that update and using the programs anyway! So you need to fix your little problems and show me some results! I also have it running activated in a Windows 7 partition on this new computer! har har har. So there. har har har

This is a well-known issue with incompatability of Operating System version. You should not take it on a software but rather the seller who sold you the product. It is either the seller (3rd party) or Amazon fault because they sent you a product which is not as described. If the product was sold by a 3rd party on Amazon, then you need to contact the seller first and demand the product you ordered.

You may need to send the current one back to them too. If the seller does not want to take it back, then you would need to take the issue with Amazon. If the product is sold by Amazon, then talk to Amazon directly. There is a time limit of claiming (usually about 30 days), so you need to do it right away if the time hasn't passed yet. I hope this would help you.
