As of 2017, William E. Miller is still at it in the same fashion. Updates website periodically, answers emails fairly promptly about removing microwave control panel. Writes that he can and will repair. Cashes check immediately on receipt. For the next several weeks, does not answer emails or send back repaired part. At this point, you must assume that you have been ripped off and that waiting any longer is pointless. His response to this complaint will be that I did not read the terms of service and that he is busy. I suggest you buy parts of the control unit from a serious parts distributor and you will likely be far ahead, because you did not lose your entire control panel.

Received repaired unit after a long time

After several weeks, Mr. Miller sent me back the repaired unit with an apology, and the unit works.
