Mr. Millers service appears to be possibly fraudulent. I submitted my microwave controller as directed along with CC payment. Diagnosis was promp and the charge to my card even more expeditious. 7 months and multiple emails and phone calls, which to my surprise actually resulted in speaking with Mr. Miller. I was told my controller was presenting a challenge (although the diagnosis was for a touch pad). His own terms of service says most repairs are completed within 1 to 2 weeks unless he is busy. 7 Months! Busy or ............... The only positive report on the BBB site for Microwave Display Repair, Mr. Millers registered company, was submitted by a William M. The question I have, was the only positive report on the BBB site written by William (ED) M(iller) himself?
