This company was quick to accept my money for a remanufactured diesel engine for my Mack dump truck. I told them that I was in the army reserve and had to make a short deployment. They promised that my engine would be in my truck running by the time I returned. I have been back four months and still no engine or even a date when it will ship to my local mechanic. My livlihood is at jepoardy because I can't operate my business very well with my truck and they have both my money and my old engine.
Send your truck to the scrap yard before considering doing business with them.

I finally recieved my engine after over 6 months. The owners at Mid-America stated that a death in the family and other circumstances caused the delay. They are working to get a few things going, but my truck is still not running due to some small parts.

I sold a Mack E7 engine to this customer. I agreed to take a Mack E6 as exchange. Shortly after making the deal, I got very sick and was in the hospital. I had very little communication with my employees for several weeks. The customers Mack E6 was rebuilt by mistake. My employees only found out they built the wrong engine after they were done and ready to ship. We then purchased a Mack E7 and rebuilt it for this customer. Yes it did take a lot longer than expected, and it was totally our fault. We did send customer his correct engine, and as of todays date, have had no complaints. Once again we did send this customer his rebuilt Mack E7 engine. Steve Spencer
