Madison Lake,#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

This lovely, well maintained property is owned by an estate and is managed by our company. It is within the City of Mankato who does rental inspections for items such as smoke detectors, etc. I should have been concerned when this tenant was breaking a lease and moving out of the previous rental with a list of complaints about that building and landlord.
The tenant was given a key and copy of the lease, the estate stores items in the very front of the garage and the garage door is manual, not an opener, which the tenant was told. It leaves more than enough space to park the vehicle. The garbage can is suppose to be by the garage.
I am not sure what is meant by providing information on who has been there or the lying. We never enter a unit without notice and when we tell the tenant that one of the complaints, such as emptying the owners items from the garage is not going to happen, that is not lying, just something they do not want to hear or agree with.
Any complaints from this tenant were responded to promptly by our company. When the complaint list was unending and the representatives of the estate we work for, decided enough was enough, we offered to break the lease and asked them to PLEASE find a new rental.
They desperately wanted to stay, so we did agree. They have been there for about a year and we did not recieve another complaint on this unit.
I completely disagree with Ripoff Reports practice of just posting these complaints without any verification or investigation of the complaint.
