Complaint Review: Mid Hudson Seo - Middletown New York

I want you to know that I was very pleased with the quality of service I received from Jim McClinsey from Mid Hudson Seo. I sincerely appreciate your responsiveness and the way you conduct business. It was a pleasure working with you and you exceeded my expectations! I have recommended your company to others because of my 110% satisfaction with your service. You genuinely took time to to make my vision a reality. The final product came out better than I could have imaged! Thank you for your hard work and compassion! I look forward to doing business with you for years to come.

To whom it may concern,

We run several small local businesses and hadn't had our websites worked on in years.  Realistcally it was probably in the early 2000s before we hired Jim.

Even though we are well known in the towns we do business in, our internet searches were hardly showing up.  Jim updated our sites and did some SEO work and now we "rank" number one on the search engines.

He did an amazing job for us for a fair price.  He did such a good job he hasn't had to do any work for us in almost a year and we still have the same results.

Jim knew he didn't need to do anything else and told us he couldn't justify charging at that point.

That's not good for Jims business, but it does mean he will be the first person I contact when I need something done.

Honesty is a rare commodity in this world.

Don't hesitate to use Jim if you need to have some internet work done.

I met Jimmy a few years ago at a Google Engage conference in NYC and we exchanged business cards.  His Mid Hudson SEO is not what you'd call an enterprise agency but more of a mom and pop setup.  But that doesn't mean anything bad at all, just that it's a smaller agency.

Let me tell you, Google doesn't let just anybody join up with them as a partner.  What we do isn't rocket science but you have to have your head on straight and really have things together.  Me and Jimmy run different size operations but we both have the knowhow to be accepted by Googles Engage program for agencies.

We've sent each other work over the last couple of years and the relationship has been professional and solid.

I say he's a good guy and knows his stuff.  I've never heard of him doing anything underhanded and doubt I ever will apart from this complaint.

Good enough for Google, good enough for you.

First please allow me to state that I wish to remain anonymous because I still work in the teaching field.

I have not had a web site built for me by Mr. McClinsey, but I worked with him for years when he was a teacher. I do know that his skills were utilized by administration in the building of a school web site which was very well received.

Mr. McClinsey has an amazing professional demeanour and was always well respected by staff and had a wonderful rapport with his students.

I was there on the day he was granted tenure and it was a sad day indeed when he left the profession.

James was a team leader, union representative, science/ math/ social studies/ English as a second language/ computer teacher and crisis counselor during his career and was always held in high esteem by those he worked with and for.

I was amazed when I was sent this web page and saw all the negativity. Mr. McClinsey does not fit this particular bill and I question whether it was put up simply as sour grapes from an angry person.

It also looks like it was written by a middle school student. Which makes me wonder if it was.

When one finds a single person who doesn't like a well respected person like James, you need to consider why this could be. Everyone loves him, a few minutes getting to know him gives you the complete picture of what you need to know. 

All of this should tell you without a doubt that James McClinsey is a heck of a professional and the report should be ignored in its entirety.  

When our company launched a large confidential project last year, we were unsure how best to proceed with regards to several computer based aspects of the project. Through a mutual client I was introduced to Jim and we conferenced via Skype about what would be expected in terms of deadlines and whether it was something he felt comfortable taking on.

After negotiating terms, Jim actually placed his entire team to work for us to the point that he suspended taking on any new clients with his own business until completion of our project. He volunteered this and although our terms were more than adequate for the job I think it speaks volumes to his character that he puts his clients first to the best of his ability and can commit. 

Jim also has an admirable skillset in management as he took time to lead my own team and coordinate technical aspects of the project not directly related to his own responsibilities in the name of seeing the project come to fruition in the most effective fashion possible.

I also found it interesting to note during my conversations with Jim that he had a major in college of Womens Studies for any women who may find this to be a plus in choosing a candidate for technical work within Jims wheel house.

With Jim Mcclinsey what you see is what you get.

Consider that he did not use his knowledge to remove this complaint from his search engine page but chose to face it rather than hide from it.

On a side note the complaint on this page is written in such a way that I question both the audacity and the veracity of it in sum.

Do not hesitiate to hire Jim Mcclinsey, he will not idsappoint.

Operations Management

Mr. McClinsey has done some work for me in the past and always delivered on time. His work was top notch and he was even able to fix some errors another person I had hired made with our network.

When he wasn't available right away, he had one of his team members speak with me right away to get to the bottom of the issue and get a fix in the pipeline.

His technical knowledge is unparallelled and I never got the sense that he had any confusion about what was to be done or lack of skills to get it done.

Something doesn't add up about this review.

On a more personal note, Mr. McClinsey is not the sort of person to steal anything. He is too talented and has too much going for him to engage in any kind of behavior like this. He's a successful person who has built his reputation through hard work, not stealing.

In fact, he's probably too nice for his own good, giving away his time and services when he could charge significantly more.

Apart from my own experience with Mr. McClinsey, I know of several other individuals who recommend hiim highly. In fact, this is how I came to do business with him. Anyone who has met Mr. McClinsey can tell you that he's an honest person and a rare gem indeed when it comes to getting technical work done properly and on time.

This complaint is as full of inaccuracies, misinformation and glaring omissions as it is spelling and grammar errors.

It's also highly libelous.

So you have nothing to say Jim, but rather just run traffic to try and burry the truth of what you tried to do here ? Oh and one of the things that I left out Jim McClinsey or his Company Mid Hudson SEO of Middletown NY 10940 or should I say that was the name of what he calles it, as it is still not known or confirmed that he really has a legal company is NOT and WAS not a Orange County Chamber member at the time I had hired him, despite him saying that he was.
