Midland Credit - Threats made to my husband - today at 2:26PM... SAN DIEGO, California
Last year - we were contacted by Midland - stating that we had a Verizon bill of $1600 & someodd cents - in my name. They sent paperwork - which showed me absolutly nothing - not an account, phone number, phone bill, etc - just my name and address. I have never had a phone or service with Verizon as I have always had ATT. They told me to file a police report then -
Now - really how stupid would that be? A bill that they tell me is 6.5 years old - and that they purchased it from Verizon - but do not have any back up...and will not take my word on what I tell them.
So today - they contact my husband on his cell phone and threatened him - verbally - and stated that they have mailed us notifications 17 times.
We want this harrassment stopped! I am doing a "cease communications" certified - and that is just the beginning!
