I recently worked with Bailey Blasdel & PK Patel at Midwest Corporate Credit and their business is based on LIES & SCAMMING PEOPLE.
As an experienced business owner , I found myself suddenly having to navigate the territory of purchasing a business property and preparing to open, managing an allotment of working capital, preparing to pay staff, vendors, & contractors, and purchase inventory.
Working with Bailey BLASDEL & PK Patel came has been a huge disappointment! It was very deceiving, they had informed me that they were going to raise 100K for me and that I would receive it via checks. When they finished the process they were charging me for money that came in through credit cards!! NOT CHECKS! and only for $35,000When I informed them of this, they told me that because I should have "READ THE DOCUMENT, BEFORE SIGNING AND AGREEING" They were very pushy and trying to close "sales" no matter what, now they have sent me to collections threatening me.
Upon speaking with them initially, all went well...in fact it was put to me that they usually "under commit and over deliver." I also explained to them without a current business revenue stream (of which was the purpose for the loan), I feared that they may not be able to help me...I was told that this would not be a problem...so I proceeded...signed contract...etc...looking for just over $100k.
So now with less than a 1/3 of what I needed, I have elected not to initiate the lines of credit as I mentioned previously, with no current revenue stream; after this company failed to provide what they boasted about the most...not just over delivering...but NOT delivering at all...
They are more concerned with taking me to collections than to try to continue the process...and remedy the issue...or most importantly, taking care of my needs as I had come to them for assistance initially...my needs have totally been abandoned.
Also, I sent them business because they informed me of their affiliate program but also they refuse to pay me a commission on several deals that they funded through myreferrals..
