If you were to ever read your contract, as so few members actually do, you would realize that not every time we order something does it come straight from the manufacturer. So, calling whomever you called is not necessarily giving you correct information. Not to mention it being against company policy and you could lose your account for doing so. Delivery dates and such have nothing to do with us and we have no control over them. No wonder the attendants are rude to you, or at least you perceive them as being rude. Maybe you should consider that maybe you're being a bit sensitive. As far as the company being closed down, the only thing that has been closed down for any amount of time has been the sales department. Every once in awhile, just like every other company, you have to switch up the sales pitch. Not to mention, they do look for other sales representatives. Not that sales being closed for any amount of time has any effect on current members anyway. Last but not least in reference to your having read your contract. If you had read that through, the membership may be lifetime, your rights to it are not.
