Midwest title loan Took my car and recked it right in front of me Kansas city Missouri
They claim to be taking my car until I pay up my loan, I watched him drop my car off his truck not a tow truck a regular truck and recked my car in tress and a fence I am devastated no one has contacted me to resolve this issue and I have been ripped of for $600

The so called tower dropped it off his truck and the car rolled in to the trees in the neighbors yard

They "Wrecked" their car right in front of you. You signed your title over to them until you repaid the loan in full.

As YOU have used a TITLE LOAN company, technically if they have taken the vehicle then the vehicle is THEIRS!! They wont be calling YOU and handleing YOUR claim of damages UNTIL the loan is paid up or off. Yes it sucks bit that is what you get when you use a TITLE LOAN company. Incredibly high interest rates and they can repo your vehicle after one day late on your payments. How exactly did they "wreck" your vehicle? Keep in mind that the vehicle is THEIRS so any damages they have done is to their vehicle. Once its paid off it becomes YOURS again. All they are doing is collecting the collateral on the loan YOU recieved.
Remeber this is RIPOFF REPORT!!!! You kinda NEED an actual ripoff. Them repoing the car because of non payment on YOUR part is NOT a ripoff. It IS the cost of getting a TITLE LOAN!!
