Migration expert Robbed me of $431 & delivered nothing but incorrect info & utter incompetence Melbourne Internet
I paid these thieves for a personalize visa guide and an expert who would help me with my visa. This guide was not personalized and contained incorrect advice. The expert was a complete idiot, who barely made sense. When I asked about what sort of police check I needed for my visa I was told I needed a 'rubust' one. That was the standard of 'expert' advice. I had to research my visa requirements myself, every bit of advice i was given by this imbecile wasmin correct. I filled out complaint/ request for refund form and I was told to the nth melbourne office, it is unmanned, I continually asked them if my mail would be attended there, I was told by the idiots it would. But it never did, eventually after a hell of a lot of yelling on my behalf they admitted the mailbox was unattended. this is show they deal with complaints, your told to mail to a dead mail address. SCAM. I have logged a complaint with govt consumer dept and I'm just about to lodge a complaint with migration registration services. I after a lot more yelling i have finally got these idiots to accept my refund request form. I will get a refund if I have to drag it out them. I cannot fathom how they have stayed in business.
please never give them money and warn anyone you know not to go near them.
