Miguel Guzman - Angelica Guzman ripoff Bad Landlord Do Not Rent From Them! EL PASO Texas
They are not as they seem. I Would not rent from them AGAIN. Would not fix anything in the house once we moved in. Blinds were breaking in all of the rooms. They fixed three or 4 and that was it. They said they would not fix anymore. Also would not fix our garbage disposal once it broke. Also would not fix our security lights outside our house.
They wanted us to pay them by money order in the middle of lease contract. We could not do that so they evicted us.3-4 Weeks After We Gave Them Keys To House They Said We Ruined Their Carpet and wanted us to pay them $1700 FOR THE CARPET. We refused. They claim we had cats which tore up the blinds. And 3-4 weeks later they say we ruined the carpet.
These people are out to get other peoples money. They constantly harrass us for the 560.00 we owe them but they will not write us a letter relief of judgement! They refuse too. Constantly call my husbands work.M akeing up lies about us. They have even went to our new landlord. This is harassment and slander! We just want the relief of judgement for what we owe them $560.
