I just have to check in and see if Mr. Paul Pickel has ever gotten over his "SICKNESS". Paul, if you're still out there, how ya doing ??? Got any help yet??? Feeling better??? Or are you still sticking your nose where it doesn't belong??? I am still receiving emails concerning Mr. Ali. Seems there are some folks out there who have never received there merchandise or refund. I just thought you might be able to help them since you seem to know so much. (That is...if you feel like it).

I also placed an order with this person and received the same email stating the seller was in an accident and could not respond to his emails nor ship out orders. However, it's been a month and I have received neither my purchase nor a refund. Also, I have sent the seller multiple emails and received no response. To me, that is not the way to do business--this guy does not belong on ebay where the vast majority of sellers (including myself) try our hardest to provide great customer service. I will never buy anything from createdgems again and I feel like he has tarnished the reputation of a great marketplace....

I am so sorry to hear you are "SICK". You should make every effort to avoid getting so upset about things that are none of your business. Perhaps if you take a two aspirin, drink plenty of fluids, and get a good night's rest, you will feel better in the morning. TO the original poster: What in the world is wrong with you !!!! This guy was in an accident and badly hurt, and obviously was not in any condition to deal with your petty claims ... Yet you do not care about his situation, you do not show any compassion .... you demonstrate your true selfishness by demanding fast replies to your emails and prompt shipment of whatever crap you purchased. I hope one day that something bad will happen to you and someone will treat you the same way. You make me SICK!!!

I have received the merchandise I ordered and paid for, after having filed reports with PayPal, eBay, Square Trade, and the RipOFFReport.com The merchandise was received in good condition and just as described in the auction. I do not know all the facts regarding Mr. Ali's circumstances. But I must say that I am truly sorry that I felt it necessary to resort to this kind of drastic action. I also hope that Mr. Ali's circumstances will improve to the point that he will once again be able to conduct business on eBay if he so desires. A word of advise to Mr. Ali......The vast majority of eBay buyers and sellers are honest, understanding people. STAY IN TOUCH WITH THEM AND RESPOND TO THEIR EMAILS.

Mr. Ali claims to be attempting to rectify the problems he has had, not only with me, but also with a considerable number of other eBayers as well. If he has indeed suffered an accident as he claims, I wish him the best and a speedy recovery. If he follows through with his promise to send me the merchandise I have paid for, I will in turn contact eBay and PayPal and advise them of same. In the meantime, for those of you who may be interested, go to eBay and click on item numbers 2670637530 and 2670637285. Check my feedback profile and then check the feedback profile of Mr. Ali (createdgems). I rest my case.

Merchandise was sent to Mr. Oliver thru usps. Here is the tracking#: 01038555749096314697. Mr Oliver informed me that one of the box is empty. I offered to resent both items (second one as our compliment) and scheduled the shipment. Here is the tracking number: 01038555749077864753. In the meantime Mr. Oliver has cancelled the full payment thru paypal even though he has recieved the partial shipment. As for the other complaints. Due to an accident. I was unable to work and was not able to answer emails or ship the packages in timely manner. I came back to work today. All the items paid for has been shipped out.
