Landlords, beware! These people come very nice, talk very sweet, rent your home - and don't pay the rent. There are excuse after excuse. Still trying to collect 3 months past due rent.

So if u have rented from me before, know how bad landlord i am and how bad my place is - why do u refer your friends carina and mike to rent from me? Do u hate them that much?

I have also rented to Michael Alard and Karina Nunez (Alard). I had the same experience - they do not pay and just make excuses. When I filed for eviction, they filed bankruptcy to get a few more months of 'free' rent and then left the property with a few thousand dollars in repairs.
Karina will alternate her last name from Nunez to Alard to try to stay hidden. When you do finally get a judgement for what is owed, realize that you will be standing in line because others are already in front of you to garnish their wages.

Galina and Miguel are the landlords involved in this report, and they are the most hipocrit people you can rent from. Their house is horrible, they were told in advance of the situation the tenants were going through, but still want it to make these people lives hell when they had a little girl. She is nazy russian that can barely speak English, and thinks she owns the world. These people present themselves as sweet, but are a couple of hipocrits too. I am so glad the judge made her look so bad in court when she tried to collect an amount that she wasn't supposed to! I was a previous tenant to them and I know the couple they are trying to make look bad, but seriously, these tenants are hardworking people and these landlords are a couple of hipocrits.
