My name is John Kerwin not Bobbi. I am the owner of American Sedan and Limousine in Tampa Fl. Ric this actually proves that you(ric) are lying again. Ric sold me the rights to Superbowllimousine dot com along with SEO service that he has never delivered He is a thief. Jerrod is ric fleming. What attorney uses verbiage of basically null and void and "actually" PLEASE!!!! If you were a real man you would respond to me directly. I bet you are too much of a coward to do so. John K.

Mr. Fleming has many judgements filed and pending against him. This is a post by Mr. Fleming attempting to mask himself as someone else and is also a horrid attempt to now smear those who Mr. Fleming has truly ripped off. Bobbi Nagel has a judgement. I was contacted by 15+ others who were ripped off by Mr. Fleming through my previous posts on this forum from last year. If you search for Ric Fleming on here, you can easily validate that Mr. Flemings credibility and track record is less than acceptable. I have since forgiven Mr. Fleming and moved on with my life and continue to walk forward with Jesus every day. My prayer is that you Mr. Fleming will open you heart and realize what you have done has hurt people. Make it right with God. There is one judge who will be feared above all. We will all be held accountable as we watch the big screen of our lives in that great day. Mr. Fleming, choose you this day whom you will serve. I encourage you to receive the love of Jesus Christ into your heart and follow Him. Although the storm comes, the waves crash, and the world goes crazy... I have peace with God. You can too. All you have to do is repent of your evil doings and turn your heart toward God the Father, the Son Jesus, and receive the Holy Spirit. I do urge you not to wait as we are not guaranteed any number of days on this earth. I encourage buisness owner to pray about who they engage in contract with regarding their business. He says don't be unequally yoked or we will receive the same judgement. Mr. Fleming is sowing bad seed which will yield a plentiful fruit of God's judgement if he doesn't repent. We ALL reap what we sow.

The posting that is listed by the name of (John Kerwin) was actually written by BOBBI NAGLE. This actually proves that BOBBI NAGLE is still fabricating lies and showing her vindictive side as her name and company is now circulating out on the RIPOFF REPORT as a person owning a company that pursues deceitful work ethics. Her registered name and agent on her corporation is her husband: Nicholas W. Nagle. The reference that she gives as a judgement creditor is fron UNICORN WEB DEVELOPMENT which BOBBI NAGLE is the president/owner. I'm familiar with this document as I have consulted with the person that the judgement is against. BOBBI NAGLE has overcharged her billing fees and could not back up her billing fees with any documentation. An offer was placed on the table to settle this but however she could not come up with documented proof of her billing charges. I advised my client to let her file the judgement. There are several errors in the document judgement so it is basically null and void.

Ric Fleming is a con artists and try's to intimidate the people and business he steals from. I invite Jerrod to challenge the legitimacy of my claims. I doubt Jarrod is even a lawyer. Notice the case numbers and courts are not listed. Not listed because Ric does not want to be found and/or the case(s) never exisited. Most likely both. The detective listed here had nothing to do with any of the so called case(s). If so there would be public record with the detective listed. Let us see that Jarrod. Again, if the cases even existed they had to be civil. Ric is careful to make sure you are only left with a civil case so he will never have to pay. Ric trys hard not stay in one place long enough to be sued. I would relish a chance to take him to court. The problem is has nothing. I suggest to all business owners and consumers to pay with a credit card. Ric Flemming/Bay Life Designs /Ocean Blue Designs and Design Advertising Group and scam artists like him only take cash or checks. Do not think a signed contract helps if you pay by check. Once he cashes it he is gone and your signed contract is scrap. If you write Ric a check he will cash it immediately long before any of the work he never planned to do is even done.
