Realtors beware. The Mike Ferry Organazation only wants one thing. Your hard earned money. If you agree to their 1,000 dollar a month coaching you are basically flushing your money down the toilet. Sure he has people that do his coaching and it works. However it is a very small population of the rel estate communtiy. If you have ethics and are actually in this business to genuinally help people then his coaching is not for you.
His coaching style also is stuck in the late 1970's early 1980's. His scripts that he wants you to use have never changed since those years. He is against technology even though about 95% of real estate now has to do with technolgy. Plus he's a hypocrite because he recently started a facebook page. If his cold calling is so effective then why is he now trying to use technology to get people to join his coaching.
So basically he wants you to cold call everyday and do nothing else. Doesn't believe in farming, networking, or internet to build your business. His top producers are abnoxious and will even encourage you to hang up on people if they aren't quailfied to sell there house.
I paid $8,000 in to the coaching and dropped out because I wasn't seeing results. I had major hardship in my personal life and didn't even continue with the last four months of coaching so you would think his company would just be happy they swindled that much money out of me. If you like getting harrasing calls they are the perfect company to do business with. I even got served with attorney letters telling me I was going to prosicuted and put in prison. They even served this to me at my real estate company. So if you also want to be humilated sign up with them.
Now 25% of every real estate commision check I get the sherrifs dept garnishes 25% of my check to give to them. The homes I do sell now have nothing to do with any kind of coaching his company attempted to give me. His business model is pure telemarketer style. He also doesn't even like realtors and at his conventions says over and over again how he doesn't like or respect any Realtor that disagrees with his coaching style.
Don't drink the Kool Aid because all it will do is make you sick..................
