we have done everything they have asked we faxed stuff over to them and every single day mike gibs calls and say the same thing that they are still missing some documents.first of all if they are a debt settlement and lawyers i thought they are the ones who is supposed to be calling our crediters and getting all the info they need.what are we paying them for,to sit an their asses and do nothing but call us everyday wanting us to do everything when they got all the info on our credit report that they need.give me a freakin break they are no good and i don't blaim people for complaining about them.

These days, consumers are being defrauded by companies who are taking their money and disappearing.
That is why Teresa's complaint is ironic. Morgan Drexen, she complains, is calling her everyday for missing documents.
Morgan Drexen has not abandoned her. It is working diligently to assist her attorney with her debt settlement.
Morgan Drexen has assisted attorneys settle debt for many debtors. The successful formula begins with knowing the debt position of the consumer and then leveraging relations and the art of persuasion to obtain the best settlements possible.
Teresa complains that Morgan Drexen was asking for missing documents. But she does not state that Morgan Drexen was asking her to call creditors and to negotiate her own settlements. Of course not! That is the job of the lawyer and Morgan Drexen. Howevever, the debtor is in possession of the most accurate information regarding her debt. Consumer reports are not up-to-date. So the attorneys may provide the best representation to their clients, they must have the best information. We are sorry that Teresa was bothered by these requests, but it is a necessary part of the process.
Teresa ... please check the web site of Morgan Drexen which publishes, on a daily basis, settlements reached with the creditors on the previous day. These settlements are as low at 25% of the debt. We are not ahieving these results by "sitting on our ...." These results are the product of diligent work with you and the creditors.
