Mike Jones took a $1750 fee to get aloan started, it was supposed to be completely refundable. After a few weeks he took ill and had to pull his funding offer. I was promised a full refund, Mike even had his lawyer draft up a release. Signed the release, still watiing for the payment months later. You want to hope he is actually just sick and hasn't gotten around to it, but the chances are slim to none.
Will be giving Mike a few more days to resurface and hopefully follow through - otherwise its off to the courts.
Once we successfully pin down Mike's location and get our complaint filed, I will keep this updated and make sure any others who have been wronged get compensation as well.

I spoke with Robert Tamrus in the Florida office for financial crimes.
He indicated his willingness to pursue Mike Jones, but he needs to hear from people who were harmed, even if they were eventually reimbursed.
It is a felony in Florida to even ask for money up front for any kind of loan or investment.
Please call him at(((REDACTED))) to help him prosecute Jones and his cronies.

Sorry to see that aka Mike Jones is still ripping people off. If you keep "screaming", you may get some money back. Unfortunately, it appears that he "robs Peter to pay Paul", because some victims have gotten their money back. Jones' excuses about his health are bogus too, except maybe for his mental health.
