Mike mona mike mona owner Scamers will take every dime u have and loves to get other things (anything that is female and any age) they also love to rise things on your rent example $50 a trash bag to sleeping with your wife or prince frederick , Maryland
STAY AWAY from these two people if they try and rent u a trailer they will take every dime u have they have sewer running into river from the trailers they rent crap runs under everyone of the trailer's they own in trailer park there black mold they got growing in every trailerthey get no real people to fix anything at all they do it there self and do a half butt job they keep u owing them no matter what u do even if u pay on time they charge out the but for crap like if u got one trash bag they chage 50 if u dont take it to the dump the min they want it gone they 50 dollor you to death for everything if your heat goes out they charge u for them messing it up and so on get the point the roachs are bad its like joes place the bumb just before u come and the min u move in they come a running its crazy and nasty they will keep your deposit when u move no matter if you do everything right or not i got tons of pics and not one of there places are worth 10 a month you will move in but u will move out broke sick and lots of others things beleive me and if you think you can report them dont do it in calvert at all cause there friends with the health dept people u report it to they seat in there office drinking coffee and giving your name to them and the next thing u know is you got a 30 day notice if that TRUST ME STAY FAR AWAY FROM THERE I GOT PROF TO BACK UP EVERY WORD IM TELLING FROM THE LITTLE THINGS TO THE BIGGER THINGS KEEP YOUR SELF AND YOUR FAMILY AWAY if you want to live healthy and keep your roof over your head
