Ceiling Damage Due to poor service
Roofing service your company performed initially in July of 2015, multiple roofers return several times to fix the poor quality work performed. This poor quality work resulted in home damage including the garage ceiling.
Owner and foreman, (Matt) visited on February 25th to assess the roofing repairs necessary, which were completed the following week. I notified Matt on April 13th that all leaks appear to have been resolved and inquired about the next step regarding the garage ceiling repair. He did not reply and I asked again on April 27th.
Matt responded with a voicemail stating that Priebe would not take responsibility for the damaged garage ceiling because it had pre existing damage. I agreed that the ceiling did have pre existing damage, but the 4 new areas of water damage were a direct result Priebe's roofing services, (I sent photos of these newly damages areas to Matt on October 28th and February 24th urging a timely repair).
As you know, repairs were not completed until early March. My expectation is that Priebe would take responsibility for the 4 newly damaged areas of the ceiling that were a direct result of the poor work performed and the extreme procrastination to address the leaks after notification was provided several times.
