After reading another complaint from a consumer about deceptive billing at the business listed in the complaint I felt I had to write this. I thought it was just an oversight but now I am not sure. I recieved a bill from Milford Smiles last year and it had a charge for a procedure done in the office which I did not have done. I had gone there to have a tooth checked that was giving me trouble. They examined it and cleaned the tooth to get a better look at it and then recommended that I have a root canal done. I did not have the root canal done at this office, but they billed me for this procedure that put my insurance over the allowed coverage.
When I called them they said I had this procedure doen which I did not, well after arguing with them about the bill which I would now be responsible for it was finally removed from my account. I have since switched dentist for other reasons than the one listed above. Members of my family were also told by this dentist that they needed thousands of dollars worth of work done by Dr. Goldberg and after a second opinion it was discovered that they did not need this work done. I wonder how many other people have had these issues with this office and spent thousands on uneccessary work on their teeth.

This complaint came from a previous employee that was caught stealing from MilfordSmiles. Too bad I was alerted to this ridiculous claim seven years after the claim! There is a reason that are business continues to thrive ; we take pride in what we do and try our best to accommodatethe needs of our loyal patients. Dr Goldberg.

As a practicing dentist it is very hard to please everyone. The accusations are 100 pct false due to the patients lack of dental knowledge.
Our practice continues to grow leaps and bounds and we treat our patients w the highest quality care .Afterall, there is a reason that we were voted best of milford in the dental field.
We work very hard and strive to be the best and want to continue to provide the best to our milford community.
