I did not recieve a bill when I moved from one base to another. My account became past due and I was told that I had to pay my balance in full. The OSI collections conmpany took my money and then reported me anyway. Then after telling me my account would be closed, I now find that it is still active. Another lie.
AAFES needs to stop doing business with this corrupt company. Also, I have seen many complaints with similar complaints all over the internet. Perhaps a class action law suit would be more appropriate.

What is it with these people? They owe money to a company, for whatever reason, they move and don't get a bill, for whatever reason and it's the company's fault they're late on their payments. Do they think that just because the bill didn't come they don't owe the money or have to live up to the agreement the signed. I don't get it.
