Mill Creek Sports These guys straight up ripped me off. I purchase a $75 Omar Vizquel autographed 16x20 photo, and when I received the package there was no certificate of authenticity, despite the fact that the description stated one would be included. I didn't think much of it, since it had a sticker on it that stated the authenticity number, which can be verified on JSA.com. However, a few weeks later when I went to frame the photo, I notice some pretty severe damage; scratches on the surface, and creases (likely cause because it was shipped to me rolled up in a cardboard tube). So, I decided to return it. I sent the piece back via two day shipping, but according to a Mill Creek employee, it didn't arive for five days. A day or two later, I checked my account and noticed that no refund had been issued. So, I called Mill Creek, and an employee named "Brent," claimed that because there was no certificate of authenticity, he would not issue the refund. I advised him of the fact that I was a long-time collector, and that with every single piece of memorabilia I own, I have a certificate of authenticity secured in a plastic case. I even photographed the case with the certificates enclosed and emailed it to him. Still, "Brent" refused to refund me. Keep in mind, this certificate of authenticity has absolutely zero stand along value without the actual piece of memorabilia, so I have no reason to keep a COA related to an item I no longer own! Since then, Mill Creek has failed to respond to several emails. I've filed a claim with Amazon, but they made no guarantees. I feel that this situation is utterly hopeless and that Mill Creek is planning to effectively steal my money.

I feel that this situation is utterly hopeless and that Mill Creek is planning to effectively steal my money. As soon as I purchase or am sent a package containging memorabilia, the very first thing I do is place it in the top loader. I never got a JSA COA for the Vizquel 16x20. I know "Brent," was trying to wiggle his way out of refunding me, but the fact is I never received the COA. What reason do I have to lie? The COA is worthless to me without the memorabilia piece. The refund needs to be processed immediately and sent back to my bank account. I don't have, nor did I ever have this COA! One thing is for sure; regardless of how this plays out I will never buy from MillCreekSports.com or on any of their Ebay/Amazon listing and would advise all of my friends to avoid them like the plague.

Now Millcreek is stooping to a new low, claiming I didnt send it back soon enough, even though THEY accepted the return. LaughabLe, indefensible stuff here folks, the lowest of the low and  far the most beautiful unprofessional hobby store I've come across. Buyer beware!!!
