MillBill.com Product Concepts International Ltd. Dishonest and liars, sending less goods than were paid for Richmond Hill, Ontario
Dishonest. Undersends. Liars. The number of goods received is sometimes less than the number paid for. They state that all items were shipped, but that is not the case. If you ever buy from them, count the goods upon arrival, in the post office! NOT recommended.

I seem to be receiving a refund for the missing/undersent items, therefore I am calling this case closed.
