I was contact by email that I was approved for a 500.00 loan with this company. After speaking with Erin Roberts a rep w/ this company and inquiring about the cost and terms, she sent me the loan agreement via email. She requested proof of income and 3 collateral payments of 161.34 be sent via Western Union to Kevin Singleton a lender in Canada. The loan agreement stated 33 remaining payment of 161.34 at a fixed interest of 10% first payment Feb.1,2014 ending Nov.1,2014.She stated the deposit would be made into the account the same day 10/10/13 by 6:00pm EST. I sent the required fund as instructed at 12:40pm, I called the Erin Roberts as instructed w/the WU control #,and again she inform me of the deposit before 6pm.

I recv'd a call around 5:58pm from April in an insurance person, stating the loan was denied due to me declining the "OPTIONAL" insurance ofan additional 1500.00. I stated it was optional nothing or no one said I had to take it, she then offered it a 750.00 and I would need to send it then,I stated no & that I did not have that and to refund me my $484+$40.=$524.00, which we somehow got disconnected and I call back the Rep Erin Roberts, explained and requested the refund, she stated it would take 14-30 for a refund. This is a scam company owned by Chelesa Hinkley. This company does not exist at the address on file. I've called the city of Ardmore & spoke to someone at the Ardmore Initiative who stated the building is empty and has not been leased out, and that they have been receiving numerous call about the bogus, fake ,scamming company from people and they don't have any info.

I told them it was illegal to ask for payment up front they told me oh its not illegal because its takin off your loan. I called the embassy in Canada FBI also spoke with fraudulent business affairs they are under investigation over 1000 people have been scammed by them.
