I recieved an email from Millburn Financial stating that I was preapproved for a $5000 loan. I knew it was bogus because I have not applied for a loan. Out of curiousity I called and listened to what he had to say at ext. 350, he told me I was approved, "congratulations" but because of my credit history I would have to pay the first 3 months up front which came to about $400. He told me the loan was for 3 years at 10%. I told him I was unsure and I would think about it, he then told me he would keep my file open until Friday.

I decided to call back, I then gave him my aunts name, I just pulled a name out of thin air. He told me to hold on while he looked me up, he gave me the same spill as the first time and told me because of my credit history I would have to pay the first 3 months up front, so I said to him could he give me the last four of my social to ensure he had the right person, he hung up.

I called back and got the same guy, I told him we must have gotten disconnected, he apologized and begin telling me the same stuff all over, I interuppted him to let him know that I had made the name up, and who I was and that I knew it was a scam and I would be reporting it, he ofcourse hung up.

Please do not send them any money, loans do not require money up front, if you are desperate and need money all they are going to do is take money from you, not help you.

If you google their address, you'll see that tje building is for lease/sale. The city of Ardmore Pa has verified this info. I tried to meet with them in Ardmore but they.gave me every excuse as to why it wasn't possible. These scammers change their spiel depending on your approach. If you ask an uncomfortable question, they will put you on hold and get instructions as to how to proceed. I simply asked them why are they not affiliated with the BBB. They told me go to manta and.read the testimonials on their website. I laughed and said 'cmon, those sources are not credible and.cant be proven. So...if you work for Millburn..I will not stop.until I find you and really expose you. These people open new companies....work until they almost get caught and.then open a new scam company. This outfit must be relatively new. BEWARE

Hi this same company sent me an email and So I called them and the lady whose extension is 220 said the same things to me and that I had tosend $484 which is my first three months installment and that I would have my loan deposited within 4-6 hours after that. I just went through a scam just like this one and they asked for the same thing money up front.  Thank goodness I decided to check online and here because I reported that other company also. Please people be careful Aloha.

Just Wondering About The Address

Hello.  I am currently in contact with Randy at Millburn Financial.  I spoke to him on the phone for about 1/2 hour this past Friday.  I am just curious about how you know that the location is a vacant building.  I live in Maryland and have set up an appointment to go to their office next week.  If this is in fact a bogus address then I'm sure not going to drive all of that way for nothing.  But I can't help but wonder what would be the point of him setting up a meeting like that.  He did not ask me for any funds over the phone or prior to the appointment.  Love to hear your input.   Thank you.  Dee

I got an email and responded also.  If you've applied for anything financial then your info is probably sold to others.  These folks have obtained your info from a payday loan or some other type of inquiry.  The question is if these people aren't legit they have a lot of nerve.  They send out promissary notes and all.  I cant find much information about them.  Did this company just open this business?  I am attempting to locate anyone who has info on this company.  The Ardmore Pa address isn't real.  The building is empty and up for sale/lease.

It was a different extension, but they sent me documents and instructions to go to a Western Union. He said due to my credit history, I would need collateral.
