BUYER BEWARE! 

Key points of horror:

-Sent wrong car

-Sent different driver

-Did not send items that were confirmed in the rate

-Driver threatened to leave me and my group at airport if I did not stand outside the limo and sign BLANK credit card slips

-After, company never responded to any phone calls or emails about the issue

-They told my credit card company that I had to pay more because I got a "better car" they they just sent without my knowledge

I have never dealt with a company this unprofessional in my entire life. I know it sounds like exaggerating but when a driver (who is NOT the driver you were told to expect) shows up to pick you and your 5 girlfriends up in a limo (that is NOT the type ordered/confirmed) and threatens to leave you if you don't sign a series of blank credit card slips placed against the side of the limo while standing outside of it in an airport terminal you realize its the absolute worst experience you've ever had.

Then when you finally get in the limo you realize the things the "concierge service" was supposed to put in the car that your got quoted and confirmed for are not there you feel worse. 2 bottles of champagne, 1 bottle of orange juice and a fruit and cheese platter is not a tall order but somehow HEATH, the person I confirmed my service with did not let the driver know what he was supposed to pick up. Do you think the amount that I was charged deducted for the missing items. NOT A BIT! Do you think they answered or returned any of my phone calls and emails (which is what the driver directed me to do) after the fact? NOT ONE RESPONSE! After getting my credit card company involved they responded to them and told the company that I got a better car than they confirmed me for so I didn't warrant a refund for anything. Seriously? You just send whatever car you want and then act like I'm supposed to pay more for it and not care about the items that were missing? RIDICULOUS!

I will be going to every consumer website to try to prevent anyone else from ruining an event with a company as bad as this. There are already tons of reviews on sites like rip off report, planet feedback, and pissed consumer. I really don't know how I didn't do my research before I chose this company but they got me. DON'T LET THEM GET YOU!! If this wasn't a SURPRISE trip that I planned for my girl friends I would have told that driver to stick it where the sun don't shine! I should have known when they didn't have a contract to send up-front that they were an awful mess. Luckily, my credit card company refunded me some of my money for being a customer with them so long but basically said because I actually used the service they had to pay. What a bunch of crap! :-(
