Miller & Levine, Bogart, GA I consider this grand theft and will punish to fullest extent of the law! Bogart, , Georgia
I am an owner is a construction business, Millennium Contractors, LLC.
I was contacted by Miller and Levine (referred be;ow as M&L) of Bogart, Ga to assist in the collection of a 10K debt owed to us.
They claimed that they could recover all of this outsanding debt, and would only take 30% of the amount. We paid nothing up front so had nothing to lose at this point.
We were contacted later and advised that our Customer would pay only $2500 to settle. Personnel from Miller & Levine advised us not to settle. They stated that we could recover ALL of the debt if we sent them $2000. But also stated that they would not take a fee for the $2500 if we decided to settle. (Yeah right!)
Before deciding, I started to detect a scam and checked the web. The rating for Miller & Levine was a big fat F. As a result of my findings, I contacted M&L to advise that I wanted the $2500 offered by my Customer. I never mentioned the F rating.
We called later to ask where our money was. No answer there. I received a 1099 from my customer, but never the check from M&L. I tried all of their contact numbers, but all were disconnected. Although not surprised, I contine to search for their personal information.
I am prepared to carry this as far as needed to get justice.
I am hoping to hear of a class action suit, as it appears that it is warranted based on my findings about this despicable company.
I hope this helps to reinforce the criminality of this unethical establishment.
