Hello,
I am with a company called Mineral Face FX and we have been providing people with natural mineral makeup for quite some time. Recently, we have been looking to expand our line of products to include lip balms, lip sticks, as well as glosses and even body mists. I have included a list of samples we would like to test before we buy since we do a lot of business and order in large quantites. Also, just as a side note we do require that the samples are free of charge including shipping since we practice the same thing. I've got to say, I was very surprised to see this posted here! I've never heard of this company before nor have I ever requested samples. I don't know who did this or WHY but I'll be looking into it further. I don't deal with any products other than mineral cosmetics and would have no need for the samples listed here. I am a small business and have no desire to RIP ANYONE OFF. I would think that before coming in here and degrading a business, you would check first to see if the facts are as stated. I have wonderful suppliers so I have no need to go outside to other companies to find my products. A simple email to me would have rectified this situation in a hurry! I have been using MineralfaceFX makeup for almost a year now and it is absolutly the best that I have ever tried. My orders have been quickly delivered and I have never had any problems. I know the person that owns this company and she would never do anything that is unethical! If you go directly to her site http://www.mineralfacefx.com/ you will see what she uses in her make up and notice there is nothing toxic or unnatural in the things she makes. There has never been a problem with a payment with MineralfaceFX and I can't believe there ever was! Sincerely, Ellie Parker

Hello, I personally know the woman who owns Mineral Face FX. I think her make up is wonderful and her business practices are of high moral and ethical standards. Knowing the character of this woman it is apparent to me that this report is made out of a snide, reactionary, response to a sample request. To assume that this woman is trying to get samples with no intention to buy is silly, demeaning, and completely childish. I am the owner of a tea company and I have made many large requests for samples from many different companies. I buy what is the best quality in the end. Never have I been charged for the samples or for the shipping on them. Sending samples like this comes as a standard in my industry. I don't see why it would be different for this one. It seems that the person who made this report is not privy to the way business gets done. My advice to them is if you can't afford to send out free samples of your product than you have a serious problem. Free samples to prospective clients should be a part of their marketing budget. On another note, I also think the way Laurie asked for the samples could have been different. It seems that in directly requesting FREE samples that this person was set off. That is the only flaw Laurie really has here. Perhaps in her next sample requests she could learn from this and just assume that the samples will be free- and if they aren't - then decline them. Please do not let this report hinder you from purchasing Mineral Face FX products. This business is reputable, ethical, and their products are well worth their purchase. Thank you.
