Mini VAcations ripoff Tampa Florida
I was given a certificate for a 1 week cruise through the MVI for getting a timeshare. Then I registered and send $534.26 for a 1 week cruise to mexico. This happen about July or August of last year. Comes October, I got a letter saying that because of the hurricane, we have to either reschedule our cruise of take their other incentives; Full rufunds and other free travels. I opted for the full refunds and other certificates. I have to send them the refund letter and call them a million times. They finally send my refund, but the check bounced. Now I can't get a hold of them. I have atlest 4 # to call them and all of these numbers are not working. I don't want to get anything from them now as long as they give me back my money. I contacted my bank to see if they can help me get my money back. If anyone there knows how to do this please let me know. Thanks.
