Minol USA Ripped me off financially and regret moving Addison Texas
I moved into an apartment complex in twinsburg ohio 6 months ago which turned out to be a very big mistake financially. its one level 2 beds 2 bath. Not only did i have to pay close to 3,000.00 just to move in because my credit wasnt good enough but my water bill from day one is between 120.00-150.00 a month for me and my 2 kids. I owned a home and paid around that amount quarterly with 6 occupants. I had my toilets checked a water bucket test done by landlord after i kept hounding her that something is wrong and i just keep getting the same response from her and water company that we need to conserve our water. I work 12hr shifts so im not using much water the 4 days i work and i know my kids are not doing dishes or laundry when im at work lol. Minol keeps tell me its an accurate reading which i find that hard to believe because i have tried everything to lower water usage and theres no change in bill. I thought about contacting city hall to see what i can do because im stuck in this lease for 6 more months and im a single mom working in healthcare and trying to finish nursing school, but im struggling financially after this move. i would have never signed a lease if i knew about Minol. if anyone knows how I can get help with this please let me know.
