Minol Black Heart Business Addison Texas
I have been living in my apartment for over two years. I pay over $1300 for a one bedroom. I thought the rate was high because utilities were included. Then about 9 months ago my complex says I have to start paying for my utilities. My rent is very expensive and now they want me to pay for utilities. So the bill starts out about $30.00 a month. It would go up every time a new bill came. Now my bill is over $100.00 a month. I asked both my apartment and Minol about this and they continue to say that thier rate is fair and sponsered by state legislation. Well I am here to say its not. My bill includes charges for the pool and the water used for the grass. I asked if this was fair and apparently it is by thier standards. They make me pay for the water and gas in the laundry room. I already pay over $2.00 to wash and dry my clothes per load! Apparently my complex says that money goes to pay maintenance and repair not for water and gas. As the economy is going south companies continue to pass the buck to the consumers. Every hard working person in America is facing financial loss. But not the corporations. I feel it is unfair to lobby to the state so you can charge people whatever you want. This is exactly what Minol did. Funny thing is that no one seems to notice or care.
