Ordered Blissful revitalizing moisturizing cream, for $5.90 for moisturizer, which I did not order, and $5.95 for eye cream introductory rate in January, 2017. Checked company online, found advertising to be false The product did not perform as advertised. I did not realize that I had signed up for automatic deliveries monthly Several weeks later received another order and was billed credit card for $$94.00 and $104.00. Called Mirra, worked out a partial credit, and cancelled the account. They said they would cancel the account Yesterday received yet another unrequested shipment. Called Mirra, complained that I had cancelled the account a month earlier. Was told that "they saw no cancellation." I was told I could return the merchandise, but would be charged shipping, and a "restocking fee." Impossible to work with this company and product doesn't work as advertised. Beware of this scam, check with your bank for other charges charged relating to cosmetics.
Will cancel the account in writing this time and send registered mail. Don't know if it will do any good.

Checked with my credit card company. Mirra is changing the name of the company they use for the charge, and has also increased the prices that they are charging. Credit card company tells me that when those kinds of changes are made, the only way to block them is to close out the credit card, and request a new one.
