MJr Clothiers, Sassy Bikini, Doxy ( Something Costumes) Holloween Costume Scam Maryland Hieghts Missouri
I ordered a Hollloween Costume from Doxy Intimates back in September they billed my card but only shipped me one of the four pieces I had ordered.
I emailed the imidately as it took about 6 weeks to get the one piece. I got back an auto populated email stating they were very busy this time of year and would get back to me over the next few weeks. I had to buy another Holloween custume else ware. As Holloween passed I emailed them and asked for a refund of all pieces not delivered. On the website it was still claiming all pieces were in stock and ship in 3-5 days.
I went to my bank to reverse the charge realizing I'd been ripped off. First they told the bank I had recieved the items and needed to send them back.On their site it shows you your order and shipping info and it clearly state the pieces are in stock but have not shipped. Then they tried to tell the bank it wasn't them because it billed out as Sassy Bikini and not Doxy Intimated both are other sites for MJR Clothiers. Long story short its been 3 months now and I didn't get the costume or a refund.

Now MJR Clothiers threatens My credit because I got charges reversed.

On the day I filed the report my CC Bank reversed the charges for the products I did not recieve and shipping. I did not reverse $13 of the charge because I did recieve one piece of my costume. On December 19th I recieved a letter MJR Clothiers is now treatening me with collections for reversing charges on products I didn't recieve. I gave them 10 days to back off and put it in writing they will not persue this fruther I mailed them copies of my bank statemnets showing the amount charged back. Its been 10 days that has not happened. I am currently turning them into the Attourney General of the state of WA and I encourage everyone else who was ripped off to go to your bank get a charge back if you can and file a complaint with the attourney general of your state. We can close them down. I can not believe they would threaten my credit score because I wouldn't let them rip me off. I'm sure anyone who reads this will understand how upsetting and wrong this is.
