I purchased an automatic 2007 Jeep Commander in the May 2014 with a 3,000 mile/3 month warranty and a 3 year warranty on labor as long as I purchased the parts. I drove the car off the lot with no insurance becasue my insurance company was closed. That following Monday my girlfriend contacted the sales person to obtain the car VIN and other info needed to add to her insurance. The insurance company was working on adding my vehicle and the sales person Iris Hernandez was made aware via email. Once the insurance rep was done adding the vehicle they were instructed to email the binder to Iris Hernandez.

During the first few days of driving the jeep I noticed a loud rattling noise coming from the front end of the car and I didnt have time to call or take it in because I worked in Beaumont 7 days a week 12 hour shifts. I had maintenance problems from the jump. On top of the fact that I thought that the insurance was taken care of, by the end of the week they sent a tow truck to pick up the vehicle  due to no insurance Instantly I contact the insurance company and they added it on within 5 minutes. They had a miscommunication in their office between the two insurance reps who were working on the policy. Per the manager at MN auto, I was trying to avoid getting insurance but the communication was there and they were made aware that it was being taken care of. I went to the dealership to obtain my downpayment and take my business else where because I did not like the situation. I had words with Mr. Richard Lara who is very rude and has poor customer service. He called the police on me and said I could not have my car back or my money. My friend was a witness and she was able to talk to them and I got the car back.I had to pay $500 to get my car back and I Have been paying my notes on time.

A few weeks later I had dropped it off to them to look at it to find out why it was sounding so bad. I was told that it needed an oil change and a tune up. I scheduled with them to take it in July 2nd at 9am, I purchased my spark plugs and they changed them out. Here not even a week later, the car broke down on me I had it looked at and was told that it was the timing belt which of course isnt due to something I did, I had to pay to have it towed to the dealership where I was told that it would be looked at first thing the folowing morning which was July 8th, 2014. I called that morning to follow up and was told by Iris that the car was on the ramp and that it had not been checked out because I did not have an appointment. She put me on hold for 8 minutes never got back on the phone and I ended up calling back and was told that she was outside with a customer. Very poor customer service and I am a very upset customer. When I asked to speak to a manager, Richard Lara and he talked very rude to me and said some very unprofessional things that really upset me and he said that I needed to come get the car because they refused to work on it. All I want is the 1700 I put down and they can keep the Lemon. Please help me?
